Staying in the Villas is an excellent way to experience life as a resident at Sun City Festival.

Each Villa is a fully furnished home that includes free use of an EZ-GO golf cart, iron and iron board, bottled water, coffee/tea supplies, munchies basket, pots/pans, dishes and utensils. All Villa’s are non-smoking.

The current rate is $89 per night plus tax. Acceptable forms of payment are Visa, Master Card or personal check. Payment is due upon check-in.

At least one person must be 45 years of age and all persons must be at least 19. There is a $50 non-refundable Pet Deposit. Dogs only and the weight limit is 50 lbs.
