A few years ago my husband and I moved from Gilbert, Arizona and purchased a new home in Corte Bella. I was a little hesitant… after all those places are for “old” people. Boy! Was I wrong! They’re all MY age! Everyone here is energetic and young at heart. After all, 60 is the new 50… Some of the residents are still working, others are retired and come in for the winter months, and others live here year round. There’s always something to do, and always someone to do it with!

I am very familiar with the Del Webb communities of Sun City West, Sun City Grand, Corte Bella and Sun City Festival.
